Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: Contact us immediately for a free exchange.
  • Non-Defective Returns: Refund excludes original and return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Products purchased during promotional sales marked "Final Sale."
  • International orders subject to customs restrictions (case-by-case review).

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@nutrilab.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship Back: Send the product to our Florida facility (address provided with RMA). Use a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Method: Refund issued to the original payment method. Gift cards/store credit available upon request.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Free replacement shipped immediately upon verification.
  • Size/Flavor Changes: Subject to availability; customer covers shipping costs.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
  • Refunds processed after the product passes quality inspection at our facility.

Quality Assurance

  • Returns undergo inspection in our GMP-certified facility to ensure compliance with FDA standards.
  • Fraudulent or ineligible returns will be rejected.
