Return Policy

B2B Contract Manufacturing Return Policy - Effective Date: June 2025

1. No Returns on Custom-Manufactured Products

All custom manufacturing orders are final.NUTRILAB LLC, a Florida limited liability company, produces liquid dietary supplements exclusively to each Client's approved specifications and formulas. Once production has commenced, the order cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that custom-manufactured products are produced solely for their brand and cannot be resold or repurposed by NUTRILAB LLC. No general right of return exists for custom manufacturing orders.

2. Exception: Documented Manufacturing Defects

The sole exception to this no-return policy is a documented manufacturing defect attributable to NUTRILAB LLC's production process. To initiate a defect claim, the Client must:

  1. Provide written notice to sales@nutrilabsolutions.com within 10 business days of confirmed delivery.
  2. Include in the notice: the applicable batch number, a clear description of the alleged defect, and photographs of the affected products and packaging.
  3. Make product samples available for quality testingat NUTRILAB LLC's request.

Claims submitted after the 10-business-day window or without the required documentation will not be accepted.

3. Defect Resolution

  • If NUTRILAB LLC's quality team confirms the defect is attributable to our manufacturing process, we will, at the Client's election: (a) manufacture and ship a replacement batch at no additional charge, or (b) issue a credit toward a future order equal to the value of the defective batch.
  • No cash refunds are available for custom manufacturing orders under any circumstances.
  • If the defect is determined to result from the Client's formula, ingredient specifications, or label instructions, NUTRILAB LLC assumes no liability and no remedy will be provided.

4. Wrong Item Shipped

In the event NUTRILAB LLC ships a product that does not match the Client's confirmed order specifications, NUTRILAB LLC will re-manufacture and ship the correct product at no additional charge. The Client must notify NUTRILAB LLC in writing within 10 business days of delivery.

5. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

No product may be returned to NUTRILAB LLC without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by NUTRILAB LLC. Any shipment received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at the Client's expense.
