Shipping Policy

B2B Contract Manufacturing Shipping Policy - Effective Date: June 2025

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all finished goods manufactured by NUTRILAB LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and shipped to business clients ("Client"). NUTRILAB LLC does not ship products directly to end consumers.

2. Production Lead Time

  • Standard production lead time is 15 to 25 business days following receipt of: (a) the required deposit payment, and (b) the Client's approved formula and finalized label artwork.
  • Lead times may vary based on order volume, ingredient availability, and production scheduling. NUTRILAB LLC will communicate any material delays promptly.
  • NUTRILAB LLC is not liable for delays caused by ingredient supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or delays in Client approval of labels or specifications.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Finished goods are shipped via FedEx, UPS freight, or LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carrier depending on order size and weight.
  • Shipping costs are quoted separately for each order and are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • NUTRILAB LLC will provide a shipping estimate prior to order finalization. Actual shipping costs are invoiced based on the final shipment weight and dimensions.

4. Risk of Loss (FOB Origin)

All shipments are made FOB Origin(NUTRILAB LLC's facility, Miami, FL). Title and risk of loss transfer to the Client upon carrier pickup at NUTRILAB LLC's facility. NUTRILAB LLC is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay once the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

5. Delivery Verification

  • The Client is responsible for verifying delivery and inspecting the shipment within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.
  • A tracking number will be provided by email once the order ships.
  • Failure to report delivery issues within this period may affect the Client's ability to raise claims related to the shipment.

6. Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the Client must notify NUTRILAB LLC within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
  • NUTRILAB LLC will assist in filing a carrier claim. Resolution is subject to the carrier's claims process and timeline.

7. International Shipments

  • For international orders, the Client is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and compliance with the destination country's regulations for dietary supplements.
  • NUTRILAB LLC is not liable for shipments confiscated, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.
  • The Client must verify that the products comply with local laws before placing an order for international delivery.
