Shipping Policy

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Contact us at info@nutrilab.com to confirm availability in your country.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment verification.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to inventory checks for quality compliance (GMP standards).

Shipping Methods

  • Standard: 3–7 business days via USPS/FedEx.
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days via FedEx/UPS.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use this to monitor delivery via the carrier's website.
  • Delays due to customs or carrier issues are beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for investigation.
  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We'll replace or refund promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund (minus shipping costs).
  • Exchanges for defective/wrong items are free. Start a return at info@nutrilab.com.

International Restrictions

Some countries restrict dietary supplements. Verify local regulations before ordering. NUTRILABS is not liable for confiscated shipments.

Holidays & Delays

Processing and shipping pause on U.S. federal holidays. Delays may also occur due to extreme weather or carrier disruptions.
